Greeting/Cleanup Duties

Be a Rotary Greeter!!

Want an easy and fun way to get involved? Be a greeter! You’ll welcome fellow Rotarians and guests, share a few smiles, and make everyone feel right at home as the meeting begins.

It’s a simple way to serve the club, meet new people, and spread the good energy that makes our Rotary family special.

What does a greeter do?

Greeters should arrive by 11:30 a.m. to help set up the greeting area and assist with setting up lunch. You’ll welcome members and guests as they arrive, hand out name badges, help visitors find seats, and ensure everyone feels comfortable. After the meeting, greeters help collect badges and tidy up the entry area.

Help with Rotary Meeting Cleanup!!

When the meeting wraps up, we need a few helping hands to return the room to order. Cleanup takes only about 15 minutes after the conclusion of the meeting, and it’s an easy way to serve the club and keep our partnership with the Pacific Maritime Heritage Center running smoothly.

Volunteers help clear tables, collect name badges, tidy up lunch items, and make sure everything is ready for the next event. It’s quick, simple, and greatly appreciated!
